Yoshiharu Matsui founded HPO Creation Inc., a training and management consulting company in 2003. With 10 years of Human resources/Organization Development experience and 12 years of marketing experience, Matsui is passionate about building leadership and organization capability so that his clients become high performing, while continuously increasing business and employee capability, as well as customer satisfaction.
Previous to opening his consulting practice, Matsui worked for four major companies in different industries, based in the Japan and Asia region. Matsui began his Marketing career in 1981 with Richardson Vicks, pharmaceutical company, and moved to Procter & Gamble Fareast Inc. where he made numerous records in business development.
In 1993 he moved to Human Resources career track and made a series of contributions to people and organization development in various positions, e.g., HR Director at P&G Taiwan, Training, Recruiting and Organization Excellence leader for P&G Northeast Asia, His HR leadership contributions continued for Nortel Network and Levi Strauss, prior to current consulting career.
As part of his life work, he also contributes to promoting the right HR and OD practices in Japan as a speaker for Japan SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) conferences and a columnist for HR-related magazines.

Senior Vice President - The Bridge Group
Kevin Tuttle is the Senior Vice President of the Bridge
Group which is a licensed Tokyo-based recruiting company
specializing in matching bi-lingual candidates with foreign
subsidiaries. The Bridge Group handles searches for executives,
managers, professionals, and specialists in all industries,
but primary technology, consumer goods and banking.
Resident in Japan for over 10 years, Kevin has been recruiting
in Tokyo since 2002, preceded by a stint working for William
Mercer HR Consulting in the area of compensation research.
Previously, he was a client-side HR Manager in Japan focusing
mainly on recruiting and training as well as employee
communications.
Kevin is a graduate of the University of Toronto, a member
of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and
obtained his credentials as a Professional in Human Resources
(PHR) in 2000.
