Ms. Chang was born in Taichung, Taiwan and graduated from the University of Chinese Culture with a BA in Chinese Literature. She was a Junior High School teacher and came to Japan in 1981 to find a new adventure. She originally worked for several Japanese companies including one of Japan's leading computer companies and in 1989, started her own information technology company focusing on IT recruitment, engineer outsourcing and application training.
Annie is active in the international business community in Tokyo with organizations such as the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (18 years) and the International Computer Association (16 years). Having a passion in both technology and people, she is also very involved in helping Asian women develop their careers in Japan. |

Graham Davis joined the Economist Corporate Network, Japan in 2002. Prior to this, he worked for 13 years in investment banking in Tokyo, Frankfurt and London, specializing in derivative structuring and financial engineering.
In Tokyo, he participates in the Economist Corporate Network and Economist Conferences events, as well as customized briefings with senior executives on current political and economic trends in Japan. His briefings have focused on political and economic changes in Japan at the macro level, as well as on the analysis of changes in corporate behaviour for both Japanese companies operating abroad and for foreign companies engaged in business in Japan.
His other areas of expertise include analysis on the changing economic landscape in Asia, how it impacts Japan and vice versa. He has spoken at corporate planning and forecasting meetings in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore and Shanghai and is a frequent commentator on various television networks across the region.
Mr. Davis graduated from Oxford University in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and has an MA in Advanced Japanese Studies from the University of Sheffield.

Glen Fukushima was the former Co-President & Representative Director of NCR Japan Ltd. From 1985 to 1990, he was Director for Japanese Affairs and Deputy Assistant United States Trade Representative for Japan and China at the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR), Executive Office of the President. After government service, he joined AT&T Corp. in 1990 and served as Vice President of AT&T Japan Ltd. until 1998. He was President & Representative Director of the Japan operations of Arthur D. Little (Japan); and President & Chairman of Cadence Design Systems (Japan) before joining NCR Corp. in August 2004. Mr. Fukushima served two terms as President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ) in 1998 and 1999, and Vice President from 1993 to 1997. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives, the Japan Forum on International Relations, and other organizations and corporations.
